    Returns and Damage

    Return Policy We are proud to offer one of the best return policies in the online business. You may return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price including any outbound shipping and handling costs. You will be responsible for any inbound shipping costs. Cancelling an Order Prior to Receipt If you change your mind prior to receiving an order, please email service@csnstores.co.uk , including your original order number, product(s) you wish to cancel and your name. Alternatively, do call us, free, on 0808 120 3731. As long as the order has not left the warehouse we should be able to cancel it. If it has left, we will contact you with what will happen, as it may be that we are unable to withdraw it at that point. The only exception to this are make to order items. These items are clearly marked on the product page, as well as on the confirmation of your order. If you do wish to cancel an item, do contact us as soon as possible, as we will do our best to cancel it, and refund you, but cannot guarantee a refund. Returning an Order Due to Change of Mind Not what you expected? We’ve made it easy to return an item to us for a full refund, less return shipping costs, as long as it is in original condition and undamaged packaging, thus able to be sold on to another customer. You may do this anytime up to 30 days of receipt. On receipt of the item we will obviously inspect each item before giving a refund, less any shipping costs we have incurred in picking up the item. Exceptions:
    • Mattresses can only be returned if they are in unopened packaging, as for health and safety reasons they cannot be resold if the packaging is opened.
    • Made to order items are not guaranteed a refund. These items are clearly marked on the product page, as well as on the confirmation of your order. If you do wish to return an item, do contact us and we will look into the possibilities.
    • Remote areas, installation or premium delivery options. Where you have paid additional charges above our standard delivery charge for the UK mainland, we will not refund these additional charges. We will still refund the cost of the item on receipt, assuming it is in original condition and undamaged. You may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt.
    To return an item:
    • Please email service@csnstores.co.uk and include your original order number, what product(s) you are returning, and your name. Or call us free at 0808 120 3731. We will give you a return number and a return address.
    • Wrap the package carefully. All returned products must be in original condition and undamaged packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied.
    • Return the product using your preferred shipping method, such as Royal Mail or a courier to the address you are provided. For larger items, do call us as we may be able to arrange a suitable carrier to collect the product.
    • Save your return tracking number from the courier, and if possible, email it to us so that we can track the return. It is important that you save the tracking number and that you insure the return package in case there are any issues during transit.
    What if My Order Arrives Damaged? Our products are well-packaged to withstand damage during shipping. We double-box many items, and refuse to carry products that are easily damaged during shipping. If an item looks damaged or parts are missing, please notify us, either by email at service@csnstores.co.uk or call us free on 0808 120 3731, preferably within 48 hours of receiving the items. We will make every effort to help you obtain the necessary replacements as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you. If you can see that the product is damaged when it arrives, please write package damaged when you sign for delivery. If the damage is significant, you may refuse delivery. If your item is problematic due to a manufacturer's defect, we can either replace the defective part, or if necessary, the entire unit. We stand behind our products and maintain great relationships with the manufacturers who produce them. If you are having an issue, please contact us and we will make every effort to resolve it

    Certain extended UK areas may be applicable to further delivery charges. These locations include but are not limited to: Northern Ireland, Grampians, Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Channel Islands.
