CSN Stores is a large online retailer of household goods. The UK office is in London, but Head Office is Boston, USA and we’ve recently expanded to set up businesses in Germany and Australia. We’ve 300 employees and handle around 75,000 customer orders per month across kitchenware, lighting and furniture. We divide the shops into smaller, focused sites which make the shopping easier. We’ve been named on the “Hot 100 List of online retailers for 2009” by Internet Retailer, featured in The Independent, Homes & Garden, The New York Times and The Washington Post among others. Our UK office is in London, at 10 Argyll Street, just off Oxford Street and we work closely with UK suppliers to provide a wide selection at great prices all backed up by great service. History CSN Stores was founded in 2002 by Niraj Shah and Steve Conine. It began with just the two of them and one online shop selling TV mounts. A year later, they added three more Web-based stores focusing on furniture, lighting and cookware. In their third year, the business grew again and they added nine more highly focused stores. From that point onward, CSN Stores grew fast to become what is now one of the Top 3 home and office goods e-tailers in the US.
